ESTIC's fixtured nutrunner can easily communicate and integrate with your systems through open protocol. By centering production around an ESTIC fixtured nutrunner, efficiency and quality can be improved.
Management Software
This is the dedicated support and management software for all models of ESTIC fixtured nutrunners. Fixtured nutrunners are supported by various functions such as reading/writing of various parameters, data storage management, tightening result monitoring, and I/O assignment.
Data Logger
Data Logger is the dedicated traceability software for all ESTIC controllers. Output data (tightening results & curves) can be safely stored
in a database and displayed. The saved tightening data can also be exported in Excel format for easier data analysis.

Controls high speed and expandability. The controller's simple sequence allows for easy construction of multi-axis tightening without a complicated ladder. It is also equipped with functions that ensure high quality tightening.
