Based on our corporate policy of “pursuing cutting-edge technology to be a company that will always be needed by society,” we at ESTIC Group are sincerely committed to solving environmental and social issues and contributing to the realization of a sustainable society through our business activities, while also aiming to achieve our sustainable growth and enhancement of corporate value.

Since the establishment of our company, we have consistently focused on developing products based on the concept of electrification to make our customers’ production sites safe and worry-free with our fastening technology.
We will continue to strengthen our efforts for business transformation as a company, providing safe, worry-free, comfortable, and environmentally friendly electrification solutions to global customers to further contribute to realizing a sustainable society.

Sustainability Policy

In line with our Management Policy, we will respect dialogue with stakeholders and work to solve social challenges, including environmental issues, through our business.

  1. We will develop and manufacture safe and environmentally friendly products, reduce CO2emissions, limit waste, and work to conserve biodiversity.
  2. We will proactively address human rights and labor issues and strive to create a safe, comfortable, and rewarding work environment.
  3. We will conduct fair and transparent corporate management, forge strong relationships of trust with all our stakeholders, and adhere to corporate ethics, including laws, regulations, and social norms.
