Feature 1　Error Detection

ESTIC's micro tools detect abnormal tightening and stops the tool to prevent improperly tightened screws from going down the line. This is in turn leads to improved productivity.

This is a list of tightening defects that can be detected by Estic's micro tool. The error detection function is important because it is difficult to visually confirm the tightening defect with a small torque.

ESTIC's micro tools ensure full traceability at low torque by storing various data such as tightening results and torque curves.
