◆What is a COLLABORATIVE ROBOT?
Collaborative robots do not require safety fences and can share a workspace with humans. By combining ESTIC’s handheld nutrunners with collaborative robots, tightening process can be easily automated with minimal footprint.
Plug-in Software
Use the dedicated plug-in software to control tightening instructions, modify tightening programs, and visualize tightening results directly from the robot program. It is easy to set up screw-tightening robots and enables intuitive programming.
To use the plug-in software, the FANUC software option "User Socket Message Function (A05B-2600-R648)" is required.
Connect with single LAN cable
The handheld nutrunner 's control unit and FANUC’s collaborative robot CRX series can be connected and controlled using just a single LAN cable. This set-up reduces wiring complexity, enables easy connection, and allows for smooth robot integration.
